Our Policies

Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds just because you change your mind. However, we do offer a seven day cooling off period. You may request a full refund, which will be provided within fourteen days of the request.

If you paid via credit card, your card will be credited. If you paid with a cheque/money order, your refund will be sent to you by company cheque.

We may require you to provide proof of purchase, for example, a copy of your tax invoice/receipt, or specific details that enable us to be sure the transaction is genuine. Any item purchased by download must be deleted from your computer.

We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from theeducationshop.com.au.

Did you use a voucher?

If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a voucher, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, available to use the next time you place an order.
